π Gracia Epilogue β Patch Notes
Gracia Epilogue introduces major refinements to PvE, clan life, and gear progression. This version focuses on polishing the late-game experience and offering new challenges for dedicated players.

Territory War
Territory battles, unlike castle sieges where the battles are led by clans, is a new PvP concept in which clanless and casual players can have an effect on the supremacy of a continent by participating as a 'mercenary' in disputes between territories.
Territory
Castle ownership has been expanded into territory ownership. Where previously a castle was the highest form of ownership available, this facet of game play has been expanded to include the castle, the local town/village and the nearby hunting grounds. This new territory system will foster a complimentary relationship between clans and general users, boost economic profits, and increase the influence that both clans and casual users have in the development of the land.
Territory Components
A territory consists of a castle, the corresponding town or village, territory fortress and hunting ground. There are presently 9 existing territories:
- Gludio
- Dion
- Giran
- Oren
- Aden
- Innadril
- Goddard
- Rune
- Schuttgart
Territory War: Pre Battle
At the end of a castle siege, the corresponding territory enters Territory War standby status. This is automatically done by the system and following changes will occur:
- A Territory Manager NPC appears within the castle's corresponding village/town. The Territory Manager will be stationed near the Manor Manager of each town. A Territory Manager sells territory specific products that can be purchased using Territory Badges as partial currency.
- A Mercenary Captain NPC appears within the castle's corresponding village/town. The Mercenary Captain will be stationed near the Manor Manager of each town. One can participate in a territory war as a mercenary through the Mercenary Captain. In addition, this NPC also sells various items which can be used during a territory battle. He also offers a quest that allows the player to raise one's mercenary rank.
Proclaiming Lord
After the territory becomes Territory War standby status, the castle lord can then proceed with the 'Path to Becoming a Lord' quest. This quest is offered by each castle Chamberlain. Conditions for being proclaimed as lord are as follows:
Conditions for proclaiming a territory lord
- The castle should have either no relation or contract status with all player owned fortresses in the territory (excluding a border fortress). If a fortress has claimed its independence within the territory, then the lcastle lord cannot be proclaimed as lord of the territory.
- One has to complete the 'Path to Becoming a Lord' quest.
- One has to complete the quest 2 hours prior to the start of the territory war.
The following changes occur when a territory lord is proclaimed:
- Being proclaimed as territory lord is a necessary condition to expand a clan's level to 11.
- The territory lord's clan emblem is automatically registered to all NPC's residing within their territory.
- 10% increase in seed sales and crop purchases.
Territory lord proclamation will automatically be cancelled under following situations:
- When the clan is disbanded.
- When the lord is changed at the end of a castle siege
- When proclaiming lord is cancelled, all activated functions will be initialized.
Territory War: Battle
Cycle and Beginning
Territory wars will occur one day before the castle sieges and will have the same 2 week cycle. To accommodate this, the castle siege schedule will be modified. Please see this page for a more detailed description. All territory wars will occur on Saturday from 20:00 - 22:00 CST. All castle sieges are being moved to Sundays from 16:00 - 18:00 and from 20:00 - 22:00 CST.
Occurrence of Territory Battle
Upon the completion of a castle siege, territory status is automatically given to the winning clan. The territory war will begin on the designated date/time, regardless of whether the castle-owning clan leader has been declared as lord. Being declared as the lord of the territory is done through a specific quest. And it is only after being proclaimed as territory lord that you are able to participate in a territory war.
Register to Participate
- To particpate, players must register through the Mercenary Captain of their chosen territory.
- Whether you are in a clan or not, anyone outside of that territory's castle owning clan can register for participation. You can register either as an individual, or you can register your entire clan at once.
- Any clan member who has the appropriate clan permissions can register their clan in a territory war.
- Individual particpants who want to join as mercenaries must register for themselves.
- Only characters level 40 and above who have completed their 2nd class transfer can participate in a territory war.
- Territory War registration and cancellation end 2 hours before the battle begins.
- Registration can be cancelled in the same way it is requested. When you speak to a Mercenary Captain, the button that you push (Merc Request) to register will then toggle to Merc. Cancel. So if you wish to cancel your registration, simply click the button again.
- Castle owning clans will automatically be registered.
Beginning of Territory Battle
- Once a territory battle begins, the castle, ther area surrounding the castle and the territory fortress area are changed to the battlefield. Any nonparticipating characters who are located in these areas will be teleported away once the battle begins.
- The clan lord of the territory can build a headquarters or outpost on the battlefield during a territory war.
- The other participating clan lords can build a headquarters only.
- Closed fortress and castle gates are attackable during a territory war.
- The territory channel is automatically activated 20 minutes before the beginning of battle.
- This territory is automatically terminated 10 minutes after the territory battle is over.
- The Territory Ward and Supplies Safe can be found insides each castle. The Territory Catapult is found in the territory fortress.
Battle Rules
- Basic rules for a territory war are similar to the rules for a castle siege: participants are divided according to friendly force, enemy, and non-affiliated. Each particpating territory has its own territory icon, differentiating friendly and enemy forces. Non-affiliated forces bear no icon above their head during the war.
- Friendly forces include clan members who belong to the same territory, other registered clans and registered mercenaries.
- Clan members who belong to different territories are automatic enemies to one another once a territory war has begun.
- Any players who are not registered in the territory war are considered non-affiliated.
- All registered particpants are marked with a territory symbol above their head. This will allow for ease of recognition on the battlefield.
- Force attack is not needed while on a battlefield during a territory war. Upon targeting an enemy, your cursor will automatically give you the sword icon. Friendly forces cannot be attacked, not even with force attack.
- The range attack causes damage to those who are the friendly force and non-affiliated. AOE skills will affect all enemy and non-affiliated forces on the battlefield.
- PK counts are not applied while on the battlefield.
- There is no PK penalty because the clan battle status is maintained even though enemies go outside of the battlefield.
- Any player who leaves the battlefield area during a territory war will be flagged (purple) for 120 seconds.
- When a registered player dies on the battlefield during a territory war, they will not incur a loss of experience points or item drops.
- If a non-affiliated (unregistered) player dies on the battlefield, they will incur the same penalty that is received for dying on a General Field.
- Any players who are registered in the territory battle will have the option of restarting in the following areas:
- Residence district within the castle and 1st village
- Residence district within the castle and 1st - Camp and outpost
Outpost
- A clan lord who owns a castle can now build an Outpost during a territory war.
- When a clan lord builds an Outpost, 30 MP and 120 'B-grade gemstones' are consumed.
- Only one Outpost can be constructed at a time. The lord will also have a skill allowing them to demolish their outpost, thus allowing the player to move their outpost at will during the territory war. However, please note that each construction attempt will still cost the items listed above.
- Other players cannot destroy an outpost, nor can an outpost be repaired.
- HP/MP recovery rate for all friendly forces who are located near an outpost will increase by 100%.
- Any participants who die in the territory battle can restart at an outpost or camp. This includes mercenaries.
- When a territory battle is over, all outposts and headquarters disappear.
Conditions for Winning (3)
- Territory Ward - once a territory battle begins, territory wards are placed inside of all castles where their territories are proclaimed.
- Once you destroy an opposing castle's territory ward, the ward is immediately equipped on your character.
- Once you are equipped with a territory ward, you must make your way to your clan's outpost and use the Capture Ward skill. This will place the ward inside your territory's castle.
- The location of the player who acquires a territory ward can be found on the mini map.
- When the territory battle ends, the ownership of a territory ward returns to the original castle under the following conditions:
- When a player has a ward equipped, but hasn't gotten it back to their castle.
- When the ward is laying on the ground, unclaimed.
- Any wards successfully taken from other territories will remain in the castle that captured it until the next territory battle. If a castle loses their ward, they must retake it during the next territory war.
- Territory Catapult - When a territory battle begins, the territory catapult spawns in the 1st territory fortress. The 1st territory fortress will be designated with a blue flag on your map.
- The territory catapult can be attacked by enemies.
- When the territory catapult is destroyed, all defense NPCs and all defense functions of the castle will disappear and all castle gates are opened.
Mercenary
All territory battle participants, excluding castle owning clan members, will be guaranteed their anonymity in a territory battle through the following methods:
- Disguise Scrolls
- In order to maintain individual anonymity, players registered as mercenaries can purchase a Disguise Scroll from the Territory Manager. When used, a Disguise Scroll changes the characters name to 'Guardian' in preparation for the territory battle. The territory for which they are fighting will appear before the word Guardian. For example: if I am fighting for Aden Castle and use a Disguise Scroll, my name will appear as Aden Guardian.
- A Disguise Scroll can be used 20 minutes prior to the start battle and will last until 10 minutes after the territory battle ends.
- Each Disguise Scroll lasts for 30 minutes.
- Character names displayed in chat and combat system messages are also changed. However, the original character name will be displayed in trade windows and private messages.
- The changed name will be maintained even if one dies or disconnects.
- One cannot create a private store (buy or sell) or create a dwarven workshop while one is using the disguise scroll.
- Chaotic characters (including players who have a cursed sword) and Olympiad participants cannot use Disguise Scrolls during Territory War.
- Mercenary Transformation
- All territory battle participants can purchase the Mercenary Transformation Scroll through a Mercenary Captain. However, only registered particpants outside of the castle owning clan can use this item.
- When a player has been transformed by a Mercenary Transformation Scroll and is in a party, neither the mercenary or the other party members will be able to accummulate Exp or SP. However, Fame Points can still be acquired by the mercenary.
- By completing the Path to Becoming a Mercenary quest, you will receive an Elite Mercenary Certificate. This certificate will allow you to purchase a wider variety of items thorugh the Mercenary Captain.
- The mercenary transformation will last for 30 minutes, and the transformation will not be cancelled even if one dies during the war.
- A Mercenary Transformation Scroll can be used 20 minutes prior to the start of a territory battle.
- Chaotic characters (including players who have a cursed sword) and Olympiad participants cannot use a Mercenary Transformation during Territory War.
Territory War: Post Battle
Territory Specific Rewards
- Each of the nine territories has a specific territory skill associated with it. These skills are called Territory Benefactions.
- When a territory battle ends, the territory skill is applied to all clan members of the castle owning clan (excluding academy members). For example: If the lord of Aden is able to acquire territory wards for Aden, Rune, and Giran, all clan memebers associated with Aden castle will gain the passive territory skill.
- One has to own the territory ward of one's own territory in order to be acquire the Benefaction skills.
- Even if a different clan lord is delegated, a territory wards and ownership for the corresponding territory do not change.
- Ownership of each territory ward can be found through Mini map -> World Information -> Territory Battle Information. The territory icons next to each clan denote who possesses which wards.

Territory Special Products
- Any players who participate in a territory battle can purchase the following special products (per territory) through a territory manager.
- Each item sold by the Territory Manager costs both Adena and a certain amount of Territory Badges. These badges are obtained through particpation in a Territory War.
- One can combine a belt with a pouch or pin, or break the seal on a pouch or pin, through a Weaver. These NPC's are located near the warehouses in Aden and Rune.
- There is the possibility of failure when opening a Territory Supply Box or attempting to unseal a pin or pouch.
- Only players with a Knight ranking and above can wear a cloak. In order to wear a cloak, one must be part of a castle-owning clan and be equipped with a full set of Vesper Noble or Dynasty armor.
- One can purchase the following items through a Chamberlain and Mercenary:

Territory Badge
- Territory badges are acquired through a Territory Manager after completing a quest which occurs during a territory battle. This mission will automatically be assigned to all registered participants who are online during the time when the territory battle is occurring.
- Quest information can be obtained through the World Info portion of your map, or by visiting an Adventure Guildsman.
Acquiring Noblesse Rank
- A player can now become a noblesse through one of the Territory Managers, regardless of whether they have a subclass or not. To do this costs a specific amount of territory badges.
Quests and Rewards Exclusive for Territories
- One can receive various rewards such as experience points and SP through territory quests.
Castle / Fortress / Clan / Residence Pailaka
Castle Siege
The castle siege, which used to proceed on Saturday/Sunday, has been changed to Sunday between 16:00 ~18:00 and 20:00 ~ 22:00 due to the addition of the Territory War.
Anyone who participates in a castle or fortress siege is marked with an insignia above their clan crest so they can be easily identified.
Fortress Siege
It has been changed not to be able to register for a fortress siege starting 2 hours before the start of a territory battle.
A total time which a clan can own a fortress has changed from 75 hours (3~ days) hours to 168 hours (7 days).
Clan Changes
Clan level has been expanded to level 11.
- Clan Level 11 Requirements:
- Clan reputation Points: 75,000
- Clan Members: More than 170
- Condition: Must own a territory
- Clan Level 11 Benefits:
- Each group of Royal Guards can be increased up to 30.

Castle tax is now applied to the rent of clan halls. However, the actual amount that clan hall owner pays remains same.
New Instant Zone
A new Pailaka has been added for castle and fortress owning clans. It is a new type of dungeon where players complete their mission by helping specific NPC's within the instance.

PVP
Olympiad
1 vs 1 Olympiad
The Olympiad is now a true 1 vs 1 fight β no classes, just pure skill. Here only the best can win, regardless of your class.
- Matches are strictly 1 vs 1 duels with no class restrictions.
- To participate, simply register with the Grand Olympiad Manager.
- Points earned or lost are based solely on individual performance.
- Buffs are not provided at the start of the match, emphasizing real skill.
- Resurrection is disabled during the match to keep the fight intense and fair.
- Rewards have been updated and can be claimed through the Grand Olympiad Manager.
- The point system follows strict 1 vs 1 rules, rewarding true winners.

- Noblesse Gate Passes are no longer provided through the Grand Olympiad.

- Level 83 Forgotten Scrolls have now been added to the list of rewards available through the Grand Olympiad Manager.

Other Olympiad Changes
- Olympiad Tokens can now be used for Noblesse Teleports. An Olympiad Token link has been added to the Gatekeeper options.
- All skills with a reuse time of 15 minutes or less will be reset when the Olympiad participant is summoned to the arena.
- It has been changed so that the Blessed Spiritshot and Blessed Beast Spiritshot cannot be used in an Olympiad arena.
- The bonus points which is given to a Hero has changed to 180 points.
Aerial Cleft
A new PvP system, the Aerial Cleft, has been added and is only accessible in Gracia.
Conditions to Participate
- Anyone that is level 75 and above who have obtained a flying transformation skill can partake in aerial battle.
- Parties cannot enter the Aerial Cleft or be created inside of it.
- Aerial Cleft cannot be entered if a character is registered for other PvP games such as the Olympiad, the Underground Coliseum, or Kratei's Cube.
Game Registration and Process
- A character can register for an Aerial Cleft match through the Vortex Gate in the Aerial Cleft area, and can reach the Vortex Gate by flying or through the Emery Compressor in Keucereus Alliance Base.
- The game is automatically divided into two teams and will begin as soon as 9 slots on each team are filled.
- The game lasts for 25 minutes and the winning team can do an aerial collection within the Aerial Cleft for 5 minutes after the game.
- Players can join a game that is in progress if there is room, however, they will only receive a reward if they participate for more than 15 minutes.
Determining a Winner
- The team that acquires the most points within 25 minutes will win.
- Points are acquired when the Crystal Cores are destroyed or when the enemies are defeated.
Rewards
- The winning side will receive 50 Emery Pieces. The losing team will receive 20 Emery Pieces.
- The winning side will receive SP proportional to their contribution during the match.
- No reward is given if a player leaves the game for any reason.
- A player can craft an Attribute Crystal by assembling Emery Pieces with Star Stone Extraction Pieces, which can only be obtained through Aerial Collection.
- A player can assemble items through the Emery Converter, which appears in the middle of the map during the Reward Period after the game ends.
Hunting Grounds
Gracia and Seeds
- The new hunting grounds 'Seed of Destruction' and 'Seed of Infinity' have been added in the Gracia continent.
- As the seeds of Gracia have sealed this territory, making transportation via land or sea impossible, the Gludio Airship Field has been added west of Talking Island. Regularly scheduled airships will take you from Gludio Airship Field to the Keucereus Alliance Base in Gracia.
- The seeds, which were constructed in various places in the continent, are structures of a different world. These structures have been summoned by descendants of the Shilen worshippers who were excommunicated to Gracia. In order to fight the exhiled, the human race has allied with the Gracia Lord and Keucereus to form the Keucereus Alliance.
Seed of Infinity
- The Seed of Infinity, which is ruled by Ekimus, the King of the Undead, has been added in Northern Gracia. Ekimus is one of Shilen's subordinates who governs death; he is immortal.
- Consists of instant zones as it is a hunting ground for above level 75.
- Players can enter the Seed of Infinity through the NPC Jaedin.
- The seed consists of the Hall of Suffering, the Hall of Erosion, and the Heart of Infinity. Each area will either be occupied by Ekimus, which will require players attack the seed, or the areas will be occupied by players, which will require players to defend the seed from the undead.
- S82 and S84 items can be acquired through quests and hunting.
- Attribute items can be acquired during one of the occupied states, which allow players to use their collection skills.

Seed of Destruction
- The Seed of Destruction has been added in the western region of Gracia. Tiat rules the Seed of Destruction and leads his powerful Mounted Troop. Tiat may appear weak himself, but his control over the Mounted Troop gives him massive power in this Seed.
- This is a hunting ground for characters above level 75, and it becomes an instant zone depending on its occupied state.
- Speak with NPC Allenos to enter the Seed of Destruction.
- S82 and S84 items can be acquired through quests and hunting.
- Attribute items can be acquired during the occupied states, which allow players to use their collection skills.
Battle Process
- Occupied by the Mounted Troop
- Players must destroy the gateways and force field devices that exist inside the seed, then attack Tiat, the leader of the Mounted Troop.
- Players must enter in a Command Channel, levels 75 and above, with 36-45 people.
- Detailed information can be obtained from Servant Allenos.
- Occupied by the Keucereus Alliance
- As players have earned occupation of the seed, they can move freely around the seed.
- Players can participate in battles with "Survivors" of the Mounted Troop through the Survivor Manager Edric at the entrance.
- The movement of the Mounted Troop can be monitored through a spy sent from the Keucereus Alliance in order to prepare for any sudden attacks from the Mounted Troop.
- Defended by the Keucereus Alliance
- There is no limit to the number of players who can participate in the defense of the seed during a surprise attack by the Mounted Troop.
- Players are unable to enter the seed once a surprise attack has begun.
- In order to maintain occupation, players must protect the Seed of Destruction Control Device from the Mounted Troop for a certain period of time.
- If players fail in their defense, the Seed of Destruction becomes occupied again by the Mounted Troop.
- Information regarding surprise attacks can be obtained from Allenos, who is in the Secret Airstrip.
The current state of the Seed of Destruction and Seed of Infinity can be found on the World Map (Gracia), through NPC Dillios in the Keucereus Alliance Base, and through the Gracia Survivors in each village.

Aerial Hunting
- There are various aerial monsters which can be hunted while players are in their flying transformations.
- Quests related to aerial combat can be obtained at the Keucereus Alliance Base.
- During aerial combat, monsters do not drop items as they do on the Aden continent. Drops are automatically looted and placed in your inventory. A yellow system message will tell you what you've received.

Changed Hunting Grounds
Valakas
The following changes have been made to allow a larger variety of classes to participate in the Valakas raid and to encourage a more strategic encounter:
- Stability added to Tanks - Changes have been implemented to allow the Knight classes (Tanks) can have a high priority in choosing a target.
- New long range and AoE de-buff attacks - for healers and long ranged class.
Some geography within Valakas Lair has been changed. Hills near the Lair of Valakas have been removed.
Silent Valley
- Silent Valley has now been made melee friendly.
- Various herbs now drop in this area during hunting.
- Monsters in this area will now avoid pets and servitors, and go directly for the master when they are attacked.
- When monsters are hunted, a Treasure Box of Ancient Giants and Treasure Box Guards will randomly appear.
Swamp of Screams
- Swamp of Screams has been made melee friendly.
- The number of monsters and monsters that spawn spontaneously have been decreased.
- Stun and long-range magic attacks have been removed from monsters in this area.
- Various herbs now drop from monsters in this area.
Hellbound
- The number of items required to obtain the Caravan's Premium Certificate have been lowered.
- The number of Celtus has been increased slightly.
Special Monsters
- Players may occasionally find the "Fortune Bug", which gives a random reward can be found in the following locations:
- Valley of Saints, Forest of the Dead, and Isle of Prayer
Hot Springs Area
- The duration of the Hot Springs maladies has been changed to 10 minutes.
Skills
Changes in Skill Acquisition
- Players no longer need a spellbook to learn skills from the skill trainer NPCs.
- Skills that are obtained by double clicking a spellbook/Forgotten Scroll have not changed.

Skill Enchantment
Changes in the Skill Enchant System
- The EXP consumed for skill enchantment has been decreased to 1/10.
- The EXP consumed for safe skill enchant has been decreased to 1/6. The amount of SP consumed for this enchant is now same as the amount of EXP consumed.
Changes to Existing Enchant Skills
- When the Battle Roar skill is enchanted with Attack, the power now increases by specific value.
- The quantity of absorbed HP has been increased when the Bleed skill is enchanted with Sap.
- As the servitors of Hell Knights, Maestros, and Soul Takers are enchanted to Power route, they will absorb less EXP as the level of enchantment goes up. When the enchantment level is +15, they will no longer absorb any EXP.
- The hate power of the enchanted Vengeance skill has been increased.
Addition of New Enchant Options
- More skills can be enchanted now.
- The Duel enchant option, which increases PvP damage, has been added.
Changes to Existing Skills
- The reuse time of player skills have been reduced to 1/4 and is no longer affected by the attack speed and casting speed.
- The reuse time of the following skills has been changed to 1.2 seconds.
- Blaze, Prominence, Death Spike, Aqua Swirl, Wind Strike, Twister, Hydro Blast, Frost Bolt, Ice Dagger, Hurricane, and Curse Death Link.
- The reuse time for the following skills has been changed to 4 seconds and consumed Spirit Ore has been increased to 10:
- Prophecy of Fire, Prophecy of Water, and Prophecy of Wind
- The reuse time of the following skills has been changed to 15 minutes:
- Ultimate Defense, Servitor Ultimate Defense, Ultimate Evasion, Vengeance, and Shield of Faith.
- The reuse time of the following skills has been changed to 10 minutes:
- Guts, Frenzy, Decoy, Quiver of Arrows: A/S, Quiver of Bolts: A/S, Summon Treasure Key, Summon Cursed Bones, and Summon CP Potion.
- The reuse time of the Blessing of Eva has been changed to 30 minutes.
- Changes have been made to the skills that modify the skill re-use time.
- Quick Recovery: Previously reduced the re-use time by 30%, now 20%.
- Song of Renewal: Previously reduced the re-use time by 30%, now 20%.
- Song of Champion: Previously reduced the re-use time by 30%, now 10%.
- Blessing of Sagittarius: Previously reduced the re-use time by 30%, now 20%.
- Prophecy of Fire, Prophecy of Water, and Prophecy of Wind can now be cast on party members only.
- When superior healing occurs from normal heal skills, it now heals the target 3 times more than usual.
- The damage of instantaneous death effect from Lethal Shot and Lethal Blow has been decreased.
- The success rate for the following skills has been increased:
- Backstab, Deadly Blow, Blinding Blow, Critical Blow, and Lethal Blow.
- The Hate skills of Knights no longer consume MP. Also the Knights' hate effect on general attack has been improved.
- The ability to regain a certain amount of MP has been added to Orc Mages.
- The reuse time and duration for the following Inspector skills has been changed:
- Appetite for Destruction, Vampiric Impulse, Protection Instinct, and Mage Impulse: The reuse time has been decreased to Β½ and the duration has been changed to 15 seconds.
- Oblivion, Weak Constitution, Thin Skin, Enervation, Spite, and Mental Impoverish: The duration has been increased to 60 seconds.
- Soul Harmony: The skill's duration has been increased to 15 seconds.
- It has been changed so that Improved skills (ie: Improved Movement, Improved Condition, Improved Combat, etc.) have a chance of being cancelled by the following skills:
- Warrior Bain, Mage Bain, Mass Warrior Bain, Mass Mage Bain, Block Wind Walk, Block Shield, Mass Block Wind Walk, and Mass Block Shield.
- It has been changed so that clan skills used by the Overlord class can now be applied to party members.
- The power of the Insane Crusher Skill has increased and Touch of Death-like effects have also been added to the skill.
- The effect of Aggression and Aura of Hate are now maximized. Also, it now has 100% chance of changing enemy's target on PvP.
- An effect which decreases resistance against close-range attacks has been added to the Tribunal and Judgement skills.
- Touch of Shilen has been changed to Spirit of Shilen, and the skill's effect has been changed from a debuff type to a buff type.
- The Touch of Death skill has been changed. A player's HP no longer has to be at 75% or lower to cast. In addition, the HP cost has been lowered while the success rate has been increased.
- The threat value for the following skills has been decreased:
- Major Heal, Major Group Heal, Greater Heal, Greater Battle Heal, and Greater Group Heal.
- The acquiring level for the following skills has been changed from level 81 to level 82:
- Protection of Rune, Protection of Elemental, and Protection of Alignment.
- The defense power of the Kamael class has been strengthened as follows:
- Probability to be hit by a critical attack has been decreased and the critical damage inflicted by enemies has been decreased.
- Classes which can acquire the following skills has been added:
- Sixth Sense: Phoenix Knight, Hell Knight, Eva's Templar, Shillien Templar, Trickster, and Soul Hound.
- Expose Weak Point: Duelist, Dreadnought, Titan, Grand Khavatari, Fortune Seeker, Maestro, Soul Hound, and Doombringer.
- The power of Inquisitor's attack skills has been changed.
- In PvP situations, the power of Divine Flash and Divine Punishment skills have been decreased by 60%.
- In PvE situations, the power of these skills has not changed.
- The defense attribute of a summoner will be applied to both the summoner and the servitor.
- With regard to the attack attribute value, 20% is still applied to the summoner and 80% is still applied to the servitor. This has not changed.
- The following Warder skills have been changed as follows:
- The reuse time of the skill Warp has been decreased considerably.
- Warder acquires the 1st level of Furious Soul at level 24.
- Warder acquires the 1st level of Ultimate Escape at level 36.
- Arbalester now acquires the 2nd level of Ultimate Escape at level 52.
- The Sublime Self-Sacrifice skill has changed as follows:
- Fully recovers the HP/MP/CP of all party members (excluding yourself), and makes them invincible for 15 seconds.
- In addition, the reuse time has been changed to 1 hour.
- The Lightning Strike skill has been changed as follows:
- It has been changed so that casting speed, attack speed, and physical speed are reduced for 15 seconds, after which time the player is paralyzed for an additional 10 seconds.
- The Increase Range skill has been changed as follows:
- 2.2 - Level 1 = 150 increase, Level 2 = 300 increase
- 2.3 - Level 1 = 200 increase, Level 2 = 400 increase
- The following skills have been improved:
- Eye of Paagrio: Increase in accuracy and decrease in rate for being hit by a critical attack.
- Soul of Paagrio: Increase in magic power and magic resistance.
- It has been changed so that Battle Force and Spell Force are no longer required to cast Symbol skills (i.e. Symbol of Assassination, Purification Field, Flames of Invincibility, etc.)
- Previously acquired Battle Force and Spell Force skills will be deleted and the original SP cost will be returned.
- The amount of SP which will be returned is the original amount of SP spent right before the Gracia Final update.
- The reuse time for Miracle Skill has been changed to 1 hour.
- The reuse time for Purification Field has been changed to 30 minutes.
- It has been changed so that invincible skill effects will be cancelled if one attacks or uses a skill while the invincible skill is active. Skills that are activated from augmented weapons and the like do not cancel the invincible effect.
- The Blue Talisman of Invincibility has been changed to the Blue Talisman of Divine Protection.
- When used, this talisman will now greatly increase the Pdef and Mdef for a short period of time.
- The Hamstring skill has been changed to a physical skill and the casting time has been decreased.
- The casting time for the Horror skill has been decreased and the success rate has been increased.
- It has been changed so that the effect of Lord of Vampire will now stack with other Vampiric type buffs.
- The additional affect of decreasing the resistance to polearm weapons has been added to the Provoke skill.
- The effects of the Vampiric Mist skill have been changed.
- In addition to absorbing some HP of nearby enemies, this skill now has a chance to debuff your enemies.
- It has been changed so that one moves to the rear of their targeted enemy when the Shadow Step skill is used.
- The level at which one can acquire the Throne Root skill has been lowered to level 80, and it was changed so that the skill can be acquired by a skill trainer.
- The duration for Golem Armor has been changed to 5 minutes and the reuse delay has been changed to 1 hour.
- Its power has increased as well.
- Three kinds of new skills have been added to the Dark Panther skill set for Dark Avengers.

Existing Quest Changes
- It has been changed so that one can either choose to see Baium through Magister Kaspar or to hunt monsters in the Tower of Insolence during the 'Fate's Whisper' quest.
- If Baium is not chosen, the player is asked to hunt Platinum Tribe mobs and bloody 30 pieces of white cloth.
- Soul Crystals can now be leveled to stage 16 through the Enhance Your Weapon quest.
- Frintezza, Antharas, and Valakas - Soul Crystal Levels 13, 14, 15, and 16
- Beleth, Tiat, and Ekimus - Soul Crystal Levels 15 and 16 (100%)
- It has been changed so that one can move to the entrance of Pilgrim's Temple through the Ghost of Wigoth after completing the Four Goblets quest.
- The recipe and ingredients for an Arcana Sigil have been added to the possible rewards which can be acquired through Looted Goods. These items are offered through the Varka Silenos and Ketra Orc traders.
Flight
Flying Transformations
- There are 3 kinds of transformation skills exclusively for flying: Aurabird Falcon, Aurabird Owl, and Final Flying Form.
- Players acquire the flying transformation spellbooks - Aurabird Falcon or Auabird Owl by completing the "Good Day to Fly" quest through Engineer Lekon at the Keucereus Alliance Base.
- Players can purchase the Aurabird Falcon Spellbook, Aurabird Owl Spellbook and Final Flying Form Spellbook through Officer Tolonis at the Keucereus Alliance Base.
- Aurabird transformation skills can only be used while on the Gracia continent.
- Aurabird and Flying Final Form transformations can be used in the following areas: All areas in the Keucereus Alliance Base, wharfs in the Seed of Destruction, Seed of Infinity, and Aerial Cleft battlefield.
- Normal Healing Potions and Buff Scrolls cannot be used while using the Aurabird transformation.
- While all classes can learn the skills Aurabird Falcon or Auabird Owl at level 75, Final Flying Form cannot be learned until level 79.
Misc.
- Conditions have been changed so that one can summon pets while being in a transformed state. However, this does not apply to flying transformations (ie: Aurabirds or Flying Final Form.)
Airships
Regularly Scheduled Airship
- A regulary scheduled airship which provides for transportation between Aden and Gracia has been added.
- The airship makes a round trip between the Gludio Airship Field and Keucereus Alliance Base.
- One can move to the Gludio Airship Field for free through the Gatekeepers of Talking Island and Gludio. In addition, one can also access the airship field through Gracia Survivors, which are located in all major towns excluding Hunters Village and Newbie Zones. Traveling by this means will require a fee.
Clan Airship
- Exclusive clan airships, which can be used only within the Gracia lands, have been added.
- Only characters with clan level 5 or higher are able to summon an airship.
- An Airship Summon License needs to be issued from Engineer Lekon in the Keucereus Alliance Base in order to summon a clan airship (10 energy star stones are needed).
- 5 Energy Star Stones are needed in order to summon the clan airship, and fuel is consumed when the airship is operating. Fuel (EP) can be replenished by players possessing additional Energy Star Stones.
- Any players can be aboard the clan airship.
- Players can control a clan airship if they take command of the ship by targeting the steering column and use a command from their Actions menu. Players can then use mouse clicks to control the airship or use their keyboard to control the ship, similarly to movement as an Aurabird. ('E' for going up and 'Q' for going down, etc.)
Items
Vesper (S84) Weapon/Armor
- New weapons and armors have been added for characters who are level 84 and above.
- If a raid boss is defeated in either the Seed of Destruction or the Seed of Infinity, new items will drop at a 100% rate.
- The seal on an S84 item can be broken through Maestro Ishuma (Gludio Airship Field) or the Blacksmith of Mammon. Maestro Ishuma only breaks the seal on items designated as S80 and higher.
- Vesper armor can be upgraded to Vesper Noble armor using the Vesper Noble Enhance Stone. Vesper Noble armor gives additional stat increases and allows for the use of a cloak.
- The Vesper Noble Enhance Stone can be obtained through the following paths:
- Obtained through hunting monsters in the Seed of Destruction.
- Obtained as a quest reward from the Seed of Infinity.
Dual Daggers
Dual daggers, which can be used by dagger classes only, have been added as follows:
Type
- Dynasty Dual Dagger = Dynasty Knift + Soul Separator
- Icarus Dual Dagger = Icarus Disperser + Soul Separator
- Vesper Dual Dagger = Vesper Shaper + Naga Storm
Manufacturing Method
- These can be manufactured by the Blacksmith of Mammon or Maestro Ishuma. The manufacturing method is similar to creating dual swords.
Conditions for Use
- Only dagger classes above level 81 can equip this item, and only if they acquire the Dual Dagger Mastery Skill.
Belt
Belts have been newly added and can be acquired through the territory war system. (Refer to the Territory War section)
Cloak
Ancient Cloak, Knight's Cloak, and Holy Spirit's Cloak, which can be worn by levels 80 and 84 have been added.
Ancient Cloak
- This item can acquire through quests related to territory battles.
- No exchange, drop, enchant, attribute, or augment.
Knight's Cloak
- Only higher ranked players within a clan (above Knight) can wear the Knight's Cloak.
- Knight's Cloak can be purchased from the Chamberlain within a castle.
- No exchange, drop, enchant, attribute, or augment.
Holy Spirit's Cloak
- Obtained from Frintezza, Antharas, Valakas, Beleth, and a boss from both the Seed of Infinity and the Seed of Destruction.
- Can be exchanged and dropped, but enchant, attribute, and augment are not possible.
The Seal on cloaks can be broken through NPC Weavers stationed in Aden and Rune.
Cloaks are class dependant. Each class can only equip one specific cloak.
- Kamael Faction: Cloak exclusive for Kamael
- Shield/Force/Weapon/Bard Master Classes excluding Kamael faction: Cloak exclusively for heavy armor.
- Dagger/Bow Master classes excluding Kamael faction: Cloak exclusively for light armor.
- Healer/Enchanter/Wizard/Summoner excluding Kamael faction: Cloak exclusively for robe.
Sigil
Sigils have been added. Sigils can be worn instead of a shield for wizard, healer, summoner, and enchanter classes.
The effects bestowed are dependant on the class of the character.
- Wizard classes: MP recovery + Magic power (M.Atk.) increase
- Healer classes: MP recovery + Heal increase
- Summoner classes: MP recovery + maximum MP increase
- Enchanter classes: MP recovery + maximum MP increase
Sigils are only designed for S-grade armor and higher. The 3 sigils currently available are:
- Arcana Sigil, Dynasty Sigil, and Vesper Sigil
Sigils can be enchanted, but attributes cannot be endowed on them.
Arcana and Dynasty Sigils are craftable. The Vesper Sigil is drop only.
- As the Arcana and Dynasty Sigils are craftable, foundation and masterwork versions have been added.
Note: The Enchanter designation refers to buffer-type classes (example: Prophet.)
Attribute Crystals
Due to the addition of the Attribute Crystal, the maximum attribute values which can be endowed on weapon and armor has been increased as follows:
- Weapon: 150 ? 300
- Armor: 300 ? 600
- The maximum attribute values which can be endowed using existing attribute stones (ie: Fire Stone, Earth Stone, Water Stone, etc.) have not changed. Weapon attributes go up to 150, and armor attributes up to 300.
- Attribute Stones and Crystals enhance for the same amount. On weapons, each Stone/Crystal gives a 5 point bonus. On armor, each Stone/Crystal gives a 6 point bonus.
- Attribute Crystals can be crafted by using items obtained through collection as ingredients.
Icarus (S84) Weapons
The following items can be purchased through Kutran, the Special Product Broker, who's located in the Keucereus Alliance Base:

- Major ingredients of Icarus weapons.
Purchasing these items requires special quest items obtained from the Seeds of Destruction and Infinity.
Armor Set Effect Changes
- When one wears superior upper body armor and pairs it with other masterwork pieces from the same set, the character will receive both the superior set item bonuses as well as the individual masterwork bonuses.
- Masterwork tops are an exception to the above rule. Because each masterwork top possesses its own specialized set of bonuses, pairing mixtures of masterwork and superior items with a masterwork top will not give you the superior set bonuses associated with the actual set.
- It has been changed so that a rare type upper armor is not manufactured during item creation.
- Existing masterwork upper body pieces can be exchanged for any other masterwork piece within the same set. Or it can be exchanged for its superior equivelant (example: a Masterwork Dynasty Breastplate can be exchange for a superior Dynasty Breastplate or a set of Masterwork Dynasty Boots). All this is done through the Blacksmith of Mammon.
General Manufacturing
- Supplies for Aurabird transformations, clan airships, and Attribute Crystal designs can be purchased through NPC Tolonis, located in the Keucereus Alliance Base.
- Design items are registered to your General Recipe Book (Common Craft).
Other Changes
- The adena limit which was previously 2,147,483,647 has been increased to 99,999,999,999.
- The magic attack power for two-handed magic weapons has been increased slightly.
- Icarus weapons and Vesper weapons/armor can be exchanged for PvP gear through Reputation Manager Rapidus.
- Level 82/84 Life Stones (used for augmenting) can now be obtained through hunting.
- The quantity of items required for manufacturing Dynasty weapons and armor has been considerably decreased.
- The quantity of key Dynasty materials obtained through the exchange of Seeds of Evil has been increased from two to three.
- D ~ B grade general weapons drop instead of Common D ~ B grade weapons now drop in the following:
- D/C grade general weapons now drop in all hunting grounds where Common D/C grade weapons have dropped in the past.
- B/A grade general weapons now drop in existing hunting grounds where Common B/A grade weapons have been dropped, party-type dungeons, Hellbound, and new hunting grounds.
- It has been changed so that items which drop from monsters will disappear after 10 minutes if they are not picked up. Items dropped by players are not subject to the same limitations.
- Stat values for the following weapons have been changed:
- Dynasty Dual Sword: Physical and Magical attack power have been increased.
- Icarus Shooter: Physical attack power has been increased.
- The items available through the Rare Item's Broker have been changed.
- System prices and crystal counts for Dynasty/Icarus items have been decreased drastically.
- The class designations on Dynasty upper body armor have been improved. The tool tip for these items will now specifically state the classes which can equip that item.
- Dynasty Leather Mail - conditions to wear for a weapon master have been changed:
- Existing: Only Kamael can wear
- Change: All weapon master classes can wear regardless of factions.
- The M.Def. of Dynasty Necklaces and Earrings has been readjusted to normal.
- The quantity of Mammon's Varnish Enhancers which are needed to transform a foundation item into a masterwork item has been increased. This only applies to Dynasty items and above.
- Dynasty Weapon: 7 ? 12
- Icarus Weapon: 7 ? 14
- Dynasty Armor : 4 ? 7
- Maestro Ishuma, who can perform functions similar to the Blacksmith of Mammon, has been added in the Keucereus Alliance Base.
- All services rendered by this NPC are paid in adena.
- It has been changed so that a spellbook is no longer needed to learn many skills.
- Spellbook seller NPC's have been removed from the game.
- The abnormal problem of rare type and PvP options for some weapons has been corrected.
Collection
Aerial Collection
- Star Stones can be collected with the collection skill in the skies of the Gracia continent.
- Players can learn the 'Star Stone Gathering' skill from the Expert Text, which can be received as a reward from Engineer Lekon in the Keucereus Alliance Base once the 'Collecting in the Air' quest has been completed.
- Players can learn the Star Stone Gathering skill through Tolonis at the Keucereus Alliance Base once the Expert Text has been earned.
- It is possible for Star Stone Collecting to fail.
- Extracted Star Stones can be converted into the following items through either the Emery Converter located inside the Aerial Cleft arena or by Common Craft.
- Supplies that can only be used while in an Aerial Transformation.
- Fuel needed for Airship use.
- Attribute Crystals
Ground Collection
- Energy Compression Stones can be collected using the Collection Agathion Summon Bracelet inside of the Seed of Destruction and Seed of Infinity.
- The Collection Agathion Summon Bracelet can be acquired through Tolonis in the Keucereus Alliance Base.
- It is possible for these collection attempts to fail.
- Common Craft manufacture can be used to create Attribute Crystals. This process requires obtaining the designs for the type of crystal being made. Star stones are a key ingredient in this process.
Fantasy Isle
Handy's Block Checker
Handy's Block Checker, a mini game which one can experience only on Fantasy Isle, has been added.
Basic Rules
- Teams may be up to 6v6 (For a total of 12 players per game.)
- Games last 5 minutes.
- There are 4 arenas total.
- Weapon used: Silly Hammer
- There are no level requirements to participate.
- Winning: The team who has flipped more blocks within 5 minutes wins.
- Playing: Target a block of the opposite teams color and use the Flip Block skill to change the block to your team's color. This skill can be found in your Active skills list.
Game Registration and Process
- Players can register for Handy's Block Checker Arena by speaking to one of the Entrance Managers at the Checker Arena on Fantasy Isle.
- Players can teleport to the front of Handy's Block Checker Arena by speaking with NPC Paddies on Fantasy Isle.
- The game begins by dividing players into two teams: red and blue. Once there are 2 to 6 players signed up for each team, the game begins automatically.
- Once the game has started, no other participants are allowed to register for that game. However, there are four arenas. And if one arena is full, players can register with one of the other Entrance Managers.
- If you are disconnected from the game, you cannot return to the match.
- Players may not participate if they are registered for any other PvP game, such as the Olympiad, Underground Coliseum or Kratei's Cube. If you attempt to register for a Handy Block Checker game while registered for another PvP game, your other registration will be automatically cancelled.
- Players who possess a Cursed Weapon may not participate.
How to Win
- Only the total number of flipped blocks per team is actively displayed during the match. To see how many blocks each player has turned, click on the mini-game icon located next to your mini-map. This icon is only active for the duration of the game.
- The winning team is determined at the end of each match by tallying the teams individual scores. The team with the highest overall score will be declared the winner.
Rewards
- Mini games do not award EXP or SP.
- Players receive Fantasy Isle Coins for rewards.
- Individual ranks are calculated for the winning team, so the number of Fantasy Isle Coins are awarded based on individual rank.
- If a player is disconnected or leaves the arena during the game, no rewards will be received.
Players can exchange Fantasy Isle Coins for items through the Fantasy Isle Paddies.
Kratei's Cube
- The numbers of Fantasy Isle Coins which were given to all participants of Kratei's Cube as a basic reward have been increased from 5 to 10.
- The number of Fantasy Isle Coins given when 6 or more people participate in a match has been doubled.
- The amount of Exp. and SP given per match has been increased drastically. However, please note that this amount is based on the amount of Kill Points accrued per match.
New Rewards
- Fantasy Isle Coins can be used to exchange for the following new items:
- Red Boing Fantasy Hammer, Blue Boing Fantasy Hammer, Small Red Boing Fantasy Hammer, Small Blue Boing Fantasy Hammer

Miscellaneous Changes
System Changed Related to Battle
Changes in Damage due to Evasion and Hit Rate
- In PvP situations, evasion has been improved.
- A higher Evasion rate will result in avoiding more hits during PvP. However, the damage received when a hit lands (under these conditions) has been slightly increased.
Changes in Magic Critical Damage
- In PvP situations, magic critical damage has been decreased.
Situations where PvP is applied
- When PC battles with PC
- When a servitor or pet, which was summoned by a PC, battles with another player, pet, or servitor.
- When a PC battles with a player in a transformed state.
Grade Penalty
Penalty Changes
- A penalty effect increases proportional to the grade level difference as the penalty applies when one wears a weapon of higher level than one's own grade.
- If a character with 20 level wears a C-grade weapon, 1st stage penalty; if a characer with 20 level wears a B-grade weapon, 2nd stage penalty will be applied.
Penalty Effects
- Stage 1: Hit decreases by 16, critical rate and damage decrease by 10%, attack power and attack speed decrease by 10%, and failure rate for magic attack increases.
- Stage 2: Hit decreases by 16, critical rate and damage decrease by 20%, attack power and attack speed decrease by 10%, and failure rate for magic attack increases.
- Stage 3: Hit decreases by 16, critical rate and damage decrease by 30%, attack power and attack speed decrease by 10%, and failure rate for magic attack increases.
- Stage 4: Hit decreases by 16, critical rate and damage decrease by 40%, attack power and attack speed decrease by 10%, and failure rate for magic attack increases.
When the grade difference is more than 4 levels, the same penalty as the 4th stage is applied.
Interface
Inventory Information
- A new 3D avatar has been added to the inventory window. The new avatar window will only display currently equipped items.
- The equipped items portion of the inventory window has been improved.
- Players can now easily identify appearance changes when items are equipped.
Mini Map Information
The mini-map now shows both Aden and Gracia continents in separate tabs.
Quest Information
The quest window has been updated with tabs for easier use. Quests are now categorized according to their types: Single, Repeat, Epic, Transfer, or Special.
Right Click Mouse Button
- Players can now disable the right click function which automatically moves the camera view to a set angle. This resolves the issue of accidentally clicking the right mouse button and having the camera view changed.
- Players can disable the function of the right mouse click by going to Options | Audtio/System | Control/Security and removing the checkmark from "Disable right mouse click function."
Party Decline Option
- A function which can automatically reject party invitations has been added.
- Options | Game (tab) | Game System (heading) | Party Request Decline
Chat Channel Set Function
- A function which can assign any chat tab as your favorite has been added.
- To assign your favorite, open Chat Options from the chat window, then click on the tab you want to assign as your favorite.
A Vitality gauge has been added under the experience bar to show players the status of their current Vitality level.
Other Changes
Storm Dragon Lindvior
- Storm Dragon Lindvior occasionally appears in the Keucereus Alliance Base.
Res Experience Cap
It has been changed so that recovered experience points due to resurrection do not go over 90%. For example, even though recovered experience points through an Apella set and clan skills may be over 90%, actual recovered experience will not be over 90%.
Servitor Supplemental Magic
Players now recieve supplement magic for servitors through Adventurer Helpers and some Newbie Guides.
- Players must be below level 63 to receive supplemental magic for their servitors.
Various Changes
- The item 'Agathion Summon Bracelet - Knight' has been added to the store list of Reputation Manager Rapidus.
- Pet inventory functionality has changed.
- Previously: When a pet was unsummoned due to loss of connection to the server or logging out, all inventory items would return to the player (based on the available inventory slots of the player).
- Change: When a pet is unsummoned due to loss of connection to the server or logging out, all items held by the pet will remain with the pet until they are summnoned again.
Technical Improvements
- Graphical and loading improvements have been made.
- Some particle effects have been changed and refined.
- Distribution of NPC's after a crash or server restart has been improved. NPC's will now take less time to reappear.
- A few problems related to the realistic water effect option have been corrected, and its performance has been improved dramatically. More people can now use the realistic water effect of Lineage 2.
